KORELASI DERAJAT KEPARAHAN PSORIASIS VULGARIS DENGAN PARAMETER SINDROM METABOLIK

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Psoriasis merupakan penyakit inflamasi kronis yang dimediasi oleh sistem imun dan ditandai dengan proliferasi keratinosit. Psoriasis telah dilaporkan berhubungan dengan sindrom metabolik yang merupakan konstelasi berbagai faktor risiko seperti obesitas sentral, hipertensi, dislipidemia aterogenik, dan hiperglikemia. Mengetahui prevalensi sindrom metabolik pada psoriasis vulgaris dan menilai korelasi antara derajat keparahan psoriasis vulgaris dengan parameter sindrom metabolik. Metode: Penelitian observasional analitik, metode cross-sectional dengan subjek penelitian pasien psoriasis yang datang ke Poliklinik Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP Dr. Sardjito. Dilakukan pengukuran antropometri, tekanan darah, glukosa darah puasa, high density lipoprotein, trigliserida dan Psoriasis Area and Severity Index. Diagnosis sindrom metabolik ditegakkan jika terdapat ≥ 3 kriteria NCEP-ATP III. Hasil: Sebanyak 45 orang subjek dengan psoriasis vulgaris berhasil direkrut dan didapatkan prevalensi sindrom metabolik sebesar 46.7%. Tidak didapatkan hubungan antara derajat keparahan psoriasis vulgaris dengan sindrom metabolik. Korelasi antara PASI dengan kadar HDL menunjukkan hasil signifikan (r=-0.370 p=0.012), sedangkan korelasi PASI dengan parameter tekanan darah, TG, LP, dan GDP menunjukkan hasil tidak signifikan (p>0.05). Kesimpulan: Prevalensi sindrom metabolik pada pasien psoriasis vulgaris sebesar 46.7% dan tidak didapatkan hubungan antara derajat keparahan psoriasis dengan sindrom metabolik.
