Abstract

 

 Pendahuluan: Panduan keterampilan klinis (PKK) Perhimpunan Dokter Spesialis Kulit dan Kelamin Indonesia (Perdoski) merupakan pedoman utama bagi dokter spesialis dermatologi, venereologi dan estetika. Di era digital kebutuhan akan akses informasi medis cepat dan akurat mendorong penerapan teknologi artificial intelligence (AI) melalui AI-empowered e-book untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mutu layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi persepsi dan pengalaman dokter spesialis dermatologi, venereologi dan estetika terhadap penggunaan prototipe AI-empowered e-book PKK Perdoski serta mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan tantangan penerapannya dalam praktik klinis. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif cross-sectional dengan survei daring terhadap anggota Perdoski. Partisipan mengakses prototipe e-book selama satu minggu dan mengisi kuesioner mengenai pengalaman penggunaan serta akurasi sistem. Hasil: Sebagian besar partisipan adalah perempuan usia 25–35 tahun, 95% bekerja di rumah sakit pemerintah dengan pengalaman bekerja <5 tahun. Sebanyak 59,5% sangat tertarik menggunakan sistem AI. Fitur paling disukai adalah jawaban ringkas (85,7%) dan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia (66,7%). Sebagian besar menilai akurasi >95%. Kekhawatiran utama meliputi keamanan data pasien (71,4%) dan potensi bias AI (54,8%). Simpulan: AI-empowered e-book PKK Perdoski berpotensi meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan klinis dengan penguatan fitur, keamanan, dan aksesibilitas.
