HUBUNGAN KADAR UREUM DAN KREATININ TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPARAHAN PSORIASIS VULGARIS

ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan: Psoriasis vulgaris merupakan inflamasi kulit kronis residif yang diperantarai oleh sistem imun dan berhubungan dengan beberapa komorbiditas seperti aterosklerosis, penyakit kardiovaskular, gangguan fungsi ginjal, sindrom metabolik, dan diabetes melitus. Terdapat hubungan antara respon imun Th-17 pada gangguan fungsi ginjal terutama pasien dengan riwayat infeksi ginjal dengan psoriasis vulgaris. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan kadar ureum dan kreatinin terhadap tingkat keparahan psoriasis vulgaris. Metode: Penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan penelitian cross-sectional yang dilakukan di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta dari bulan Maret-Mei 2022. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik incidental sampling dengan subjek penelitian diambil dari pasien psoriasis vulgaris yang berkunjung ke Poli Kulit-Kelamin sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil: Subjek penelitian mendapatkan hasil usia pasien rata-rata 46.95±15.85 tahun dengan median 46.00 (16.00- 70.00) tahun. Rerata kadar ureum dan kreatinin masing-masing adalah 20.30±7.83 dan 0.79±0.21. Kadar kreatinin memiliki hubungan yang bermakna terhadap skor PASI (r=0.53; p=0.016) dan DLQI (r=0.57; p=0.009), kadar ureum tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan baik dengan skor PASI maupun DLQI (r=0.114; p=0.663 dan r=0.037; p=0.876). Kesimpulan: Kadar kreatinin memiliki hubungan yang bermakna terhadap tingkat keparahan psoriasis berdasarkan skor PASI dan DLQI.
